Uses	Mainly used as tableware detergent and industrial liquid bleach, it has a foaming and stabilizing effect, and can improve the compatibility of thickeners and the overall stability of products. It is used as foam promoter, conditioner, thickener and anti chemicalbook electrostatic agent for shampoo, liquid detergent and foam bath, as well as raw material for synthesis of amphoteric surfactant. DDAO is a non denatured zwitterionic detergent of approximately 1 mM (CMC), used to dissolve proteins, study protein configurations, and study intermolecular interactions.
