Application: A Dynamin I inhibitor. Trimethyloctadecylammonium bromide (C₁₈TAB) is generally used as a surfactant. It can be used in the preparation of polyoxomolybdate-surfactant hybrid layered crystals. It can also be used as a surface modifier in the liquid chromatography.
