Application:Glyceryl stearate SE is self-emulsifying glyceryl stearate. It provides a stable, uniform oil-in-water emulsion. Monostearin (1-Stearoyl-rac-glycerol) is used in the development of drug delivery vehicles such as nanoparticles and microemulsions.
